Bill is a Co-Founder, Partner and Broker at AIA and has brokered the sale of $500+ Million of apartment buildings, inclusive of over 2,000+ units on the north side of Chicago over the last 17 years, and recently named one of Crain’s most influential commercial real estate brokers in Chicago in 2017.

Bill is an Illinois Licensed real estate Broker, received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego (2005), and his Master of Business Administration from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University with a specialization in Real Estate Finance (2013).

Bill maintains active membership in the Rogers Park Buildings Group (RPBG), the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA), the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
