Dan is a Broker at AIA and focuses on developing new investor relationships in the multifamily market in the greater Chicagoland area.   This includes the analysis, financial modeling, evaluation, marketing, and sale of apartment buildings.

Dan received his B.S. Degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from Boston College and is an Illinois licensed real estate broker.
